Hey all! Hope your weekend is treating you well. Mine is going by way to fast, per usual. But yesterday I got to participate in a great event!
I walked at the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium to raise money for ALS. According to the ALS website:
It is a sad disease, and a lot of times people can go undiagnosed–many symptoms are just attributed to getting older. But the walk gave families and friends of those who suffer a time to celebrate lives and raise money for those affected!
And of course we had a blast looking at all of the animals!
I swear I could watch those Polar Bears swim all day! It was also good to catch up with friends from high school!
After the walk was over I figured I should do something with the Lululemon gift card I had burning a hole in my wallet. The Pittsburgh showroom is relocating into a full size store–so I guess they are having a sale right now!
It looks like it is going to be pretty big! 🙂
I ended up getting getting the “In Stride” jacket for $20 (usually $108!!) after my gift card. And the best part? I didn’t know it was on sale until they rang it up! Bonus!
On the way home I decided to stop at Trader Joe’s to grab some treats for my lunches this week. And somehow these beauties found their way into my basket:
Sometimes a girl just has to buy herself some flowers! 😉
